At India Craft, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted furniture safely and on time. Each product is carefully packed and shipped with care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
🚚 Shipping Locations
- We deliver PAN India through trusted logistics partners.
- We also ship to our international customer.
⏱ Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- For custom or made-to-order furniture, processing may take up to 7–10 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
📦 Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 4–12 business days, depending on your location and product type.
- Remote areas may take slightly longer.
🪑 Furniture Handling & Delivery
- Furniture is bulky and fragile, so we ensure special care during packing and delivery.
- In some cases, large items may be delivered through surface transport or third-party logistics, which may require customer coordination for delivery.
📬 Shipping Charges
- We do not charge for packaging and shipping across our manufacturing products.
🔍 Tracking & Updates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your order.
📸 Damage During Transit
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging.
- We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.

- Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at the time of checkout.
- In case of missed deliveries due to incorrect details, reshipping charges may apply.
