Refund policy
At India Craft, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade rattan, cane, and bamboo furniture. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns
- We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In its original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.
🔄 Replacement or Exchanges
- No question replacement If the product is defective or damaged or you do not like it, please return the product within two days of delivery. We will deliver the replacement or exchange product within 4-5 days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of handcrafted furniture, custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
📝 Return Process
- Email us at help.indiacraft@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Return the product within 4-5 days.
💰 Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
